Register Your Pet

Thank you for your interest in registering with Bridge Vets.

On receipt of your completed registration form, you will be notified within 2 weeks if we are able to register your pet/s. Please note, we have limited availability so may be unable to accommodate your request at this time.

If you are currently registered with another veterinary practice, registration with Bridge Vets will not be complete until we receive any clinical histories requested from your current vets.

Once registered, you will be able to book appointments for your pet/s. We recommend that an initial appointment is booked with one of our veterinary nurses upon registration confirmation.

If you wish to join the Pet Health Club, this can be done as soon as your registration is confirmed.

Please do not sign up to the Pet Health Club before your registration is confirmed, as membership will not be valid but payments will still be collected
