Vaccinations

Vaccination is one of the cornerstones of pet health care, ensuring your pet is protected against major infectious diseases. Your pet’s visit for its annual vaccination is more than just an injection: we use the opportunity to perform a thorough examination, give advice on diet, flea and worm control and answer any questions you may have about your pet's health.

We offer puppy and kitten vaccination packages. We also offer health packages for adult cats and dogs, which enable you to spread the cost of vaccination, worming and flea control over 12 months.

Routine vaccinations include the following:

Dogs

  • Distemper
  • Hepatitis
  • Canine Parvovirus
  • Leptospirosis

Cats

  • Enteritis
  • Two major flu viruses (calicivirus and herpes virus)
  • Feline leukaemia virus

Rabbits

  • Myxomatosis
  • Viral Haemorrhagic Disease

Additional vaccinations

If your dog is going into a boarding kennel we advise it should also be given kennel cough vaccine. If you wish to obtain a pet passport for your pet it will need vaccination against rabies.
